Paleokastritsa Camping is set in a 10.000 square meter quiet and beautiful olive grove which has retained all its original terracing, making it the perfect location for those looking for a relaxing environment. Situated 23km from Corfu town it is within walking distance of the famous Paleokastritsa beaches. For those looking for an activity holiday the area is ideal for cyclists and walkers, the famous Corfu trail passes close to the campsite.
There are two toilet and shower blocks within the campsite with washbasins and sink areas for washing dishes and clothes. The front part of the site has electrical connections for campers who want to be connected to electric. The site provides freezers for campers free of charge. The showers have hot water which is provided by solar energy and are free of charge. Safe deposit boxes are available at the reception which also does exchange at bank rates. The reception is open from 8am – 11pm and during the night the campsite has a night watchman. Pitches can be reserved and the campsite also caters for group bookings, allocating an area of the campsite for the group’s sole use.
The site does not have many facilities – its simplicity is its attraction. The owners also have a swimming pool close by which can be used by campers free of charge. |
