Hi everyone I returned on Monday from two fantastic weeks in Paleo. This was my first time there but it will not be my last. I loved the scenery which was breathtaking a different view around each corner, the people, the place I stayed and the food in the lovely tavernas was gorgeous. I also took the walk to Lakones village where the views were the best I have seen. I will return to Paleo and I just hope that other people choose this as their holiday resort and not just a place to visit for the day as I would like to see this lovely resort continue to keep going and the bars and restaurants stay open. I am missing it already. Joanie

Hi Joanie,
I am glad that you had such a great time in Paleo. As you said every turn gives you a different view and if you explore the areas just behind the locations on the main street there is even more to see. I was pleased to see that you went beyond the resort to visit a local village and enjoy what it had to offer. You will able to use what you learnt this year and make your next visit better.

Yeah Paleo is fantastic, fell in love with it 20 years ago and ended up moving there 3 years later. It is a beautiful resort that unfortunately has been hit hard over the years by various TO collapses and changes of policy. Luckily a lot of the accommodation can now be booked privately
