I am coming to Paleo for the first time in September and an wondering if here is any place
to rent safe deposit boxes for the fortnight.

    In most locations it is possible to rent a safe deposit box. Some might be located in your room, others in the office area of where you are staying. If you have details of where you are staying it should be possible to contact them in advance and find out.
